How To Place An Order
I need the following to create your custom figures.
1. Reference photos - showing the outfits, hair line/hairstyle and . *applicable accessories  required by date.

*applicable accessories* additional rates apply please ask for quote.

 

*reasonable required dates* pertains to the agreed upon pick up date granted the reference photos were submitted on time and deposit is received. Most custom orders have a turnover rate of 2-3 weeks depending on the scope of work. Please place your orders allowing for time required to create your pieces as well as shipping where necessary.

2. Box theme/custom stand- names that appear on the box.

3. An estimate invoice will be sent once the details are received. To confirm your order, payment will be required. Once your payment clears, an invoice receipt will be sent to you.

 

For everyone's protection ONLY a payment in full confirms your order. 

NOTE: Delays in submission of photo references and deposits creates a back log in my order schedule and delays your order. Please be prompt so I can keep your required dates or be content with an agreed upon alternate date. I do not chase after deposits and photo references. If I do not receive a deposit, I assume you have changed your mind.


METHOD OF PAYMENTS
I accept e-transfer, PayPal via goods and services, however, a surcharge will be applied to your invoice for fees incurred.

 

TURN AROUND TIME

Orders usually take 2-3 weeks depending on the scope of work and how many. While I make sure to schedule commissioned work, events may occur and though I can push back due dates, I cannot push forward pick up dates. Should your figures reach completion at an earlier date, you will be notified for early pick up if you wish.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping rates varies. Please PM for quotes. You will be notified once your custom figures are ready to ship and a formal notice will be forwarded with tracking info where applicable. While I'm careful with packaging, I am not liable for damages incurred if the postal service decides to play soccer with your parcel.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of custom artistry, absolutely  no refunds/returns on personalized items and specially on intimate ones.
